TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Catering Services & Bookings

Deposits and Confirmations To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total quoted price is required at the time of booking. Your event is not "on the books" until this deposit is received and the contract is signed.

Final Payments The remaining balance is due on or before the event to finalize the transaction. If a booking is made less than 7 days in advance, the full amount is due immediately.

Guest Count

  • Guaranteed Minimum: You must provide a final guest count no later than 7 days before the event.

  • Increases: We will try our best to accommodate last-minute additions, but they may be subject to additional surcharges.

  • Decreases: We cannot reduce the price if the guest count drops after the 7-day cutoff.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by Client:

  • More than 30 days before the event: Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit. No additional charges will apply.

  • 8–30 days before the event: Cancellations made between 8 and 30 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit plus 50% of the total event cost.

  • Within 7 days of the event: Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as labor has been scheduled and perishable ingredients have been purchased.

Force Majeure: 2 Island Bwoyz LLC is not liable for failure to perform due to "Acts of God" (natural disasters, state emergencies, etc.). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule.

3. Food Safety & Liability

Leftovers In accordance with health department regulations, 2 Island Bwoyz LLC is not responsible for the safety of food consumed after the event has concluded or food that has been removed from the venue by guests. Once we "hand off" the food or leave the site, the liability for proper storage shifts to the client.

Allergies While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen processes nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. The client is responsible for notifying us of any guest allergies at least 7 days before the event.

4. Retail Product Sales (Sauces)

Shipping & Handling All sauce orders are processed within 3–5 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

Returns Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sauce sales are final. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken glass), please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Venue Access: The client must ensure the 2 Island Bwoyz team has access to the venue at least 2 hours prior to the service time (unless otherwise agreed).

Permits: The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or "site fees" required by the venue.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which 2 Island Bwoyz LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
